Pakar is a directory that lets professionals publish a profile and lets businesses discover and contact them directly. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You retain ownership of the content you add to your profile. By publishing it, you grant Pakar a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the directory. You must have the right to share everything you post and must not post anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing.

Pakar does not verify, vet, endorse or guarantee the identity, qualifications, credentials or claims of any professional listed on the platform. Listings are self-reported. Any engagement you enter into with a professional is solely between you and them.

You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping, spamming, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using contact details for unsolicited marketing.

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms. You may stop using Pakar and delete your profile at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. See our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
